Who we are

Zemam Business Solutions operates Zemam Learning Studio, a private, invitation-only workspace for proposals and learning programs. Data controller details: TBD.

What we collect

• Account data: name, work email, role, password hash (never the password), optional two-factor secret (encrypted).
• Activity you choose to share: comments, interest marks, discovery answers, your private shortlist and pulse answers.
• Security data: sign-in times, IP address and browser for active sessions, and an audit log of sensitive actions.

What we don't collect

No patient, clinical, employee-performance or commercially sensitive records. Dashboards use synthetic demo data unless a separate privacy and security design is approved.

How we use it

To provide your organisation's workspace, secure access, respond to your feedback and improve proposals. We don't sell data or use it for advertising.

Isolation

Each organisation's workspace is isolated. Other clients can never see your content, comments or activity.
